HOPE DELIVERED: SUPPORTING VULNERABLE CHILDREN IN LIKONI

With immense gratitude, we’re excited to share the impact of our recent donation drive to the Likoni AIDS Center Orphanage. Through your generosity, we were able to provide essential supplies to over 45 children who call this center home.

What We Delivered Together

This month, our community came together to donate:

100 kg of flour for daily bread and meals
● 100 kg of rice providing nutritional stability
● Beans rich in protein for growing bodies
● Cooking oil essential for meal preparation
● Salt and other cooking essentials
● Washing soap for hygiene and cleanliness
● Sanitary pads ensuring dignity for young women
● Toilet paper and personal hygiene products
● School supplies including notebooks and pencils
● Children’s books to encourage literacy
● Clothing items for children of various ages
● First aid supplies for the center’s medical cabinet

Connecting to Sustainable Development Goals

Our work at Likoni AIDS Center directly supports several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals:

● SDG 2: Zero Hunger – Providing nutritional support to vulnerable children
● SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being – Supporting children affected by HIV/AIDS
