Inclusive, resilient, and just communities where Children with Disabilities, Marginalized Women & Widows, PWDs especially the Youth, Orphans living with HIV live with dignity, realize their full potential, and enjoy sustainable livelihoods, wellbeing, and equal opportunities.

Our Mission

To empower vulnerable women, children, youth and persons with disabilities through holistic, rights-based, faith-inspired and evidence-driven humanitarian and development interventions that build resilience, restore dignity and create lasting social and economic change.

Core Values

Barn Och Kvinnor Organisation is guided by five core values that define our organizational culture, shape our decisions and conduct, and underpin every relationship we build with the communities we serve, our partners, donors, volunteers, and one another. Collectively, these values are represented by the acronym “CIDIS”.
