Project 1 : LATO MILK FOR NEWBORN BABIES
To address this critical need, we launched the Lato Milk Project, providing formula milk to mothers who are unable to breastfeed. This ensures that their children are fed safely, reducing the risk of HIV transmission and giving these infants a healthy start to life. The impact of this initiative has been profound:
- Over 150 newborns have received formula milk, offering mothers peace of mind and protecting their children from unnecessary health risks.
- Nurses at the hospital have shared heartfelt testimonials of how this support has alleviated the burden faced by mothers in these dire situations.

Caring for the Vulnerable Mothers and Children at Kasangati Maternity Hospital
Greetings to our dear partners and supporters! We are excited to share the latest updates from our ongoing projects in Uganda, where your support is making an incredible difference in the lives of vulnerable mothers and children.
Through our close collaboration with Kasangati Maternity Hospital, we have learned of the growing challenges faced by HIV-positive mothers. These brave women, many of whom are abandoned by their husbands upon discovering their status, are left to care for their children alone. Without proper support, many may turn to breastfeeding despite the risk of HIV transmission to their newborns.
IMPACT STORY:
"I HAD LOST ALL HOPE WHEN MY HUSBAND LEFT ME.
I WAS WORRIED ABOUT FEEDING MY CHILD SAFELY, BUT THE LATO MILK PROJECT HAS BEEN A BLESSING. NOW,
I KNOW MY BABY WILL GROW UP STRONG AND HEALTHY. THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS."
A MOTHER SUPPORTED BY THE PROJECT.

PROJECT 3 : ESSNTIAL FOOD DONATIONS
TESTIMONIAL
"Without the food donations, my family would have gone hungry. My husband is gone, and I have no stable income. This help has lifted a heavy burden from my shoulders." – Beneficiary of the Food Donation Project
As part of our Food Donation Project, we provide much-needed food supplies to struggling families. We distribute essential items such as sugar, posho (maize flour), millet flour, washing soap, rice, and cooking oil to single mothers and other vulnerable community members. In Uganda, where food insecurity remains a pressing issue, this project has had a lasting impact on families facing hunger.
Â
We opened the distribution event with gospel preaching, praise, and worship, reflecting our commitment to serving both the physical and spiritual needs of the community. As we are reminded in Proverbs 22:9: "The generous will themselves be blessed, for they share their food with the poor."
Sustaining Change and Ensuring Long-term Impact
Our work is more than just providing short-term relief. It is about building sustainable solutions that create lasting change in the lives of women and children. With your help, we have:
- Created self-sustaining mothers through training and support.
- Reduced the risk of mother-to-child HIV transmission.
- Alleviated hunger and provided dignity to families through food security.
