Methodology<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project utilized a <\/span><b>participatory, community-based approach<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that included home visits, structured interviews with caregivers, consultations with village leaders, and direct observation of living conditions.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>May assessment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> identified the most urgent needs, while the <\/span><b>August assessment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> evaluated the outcomes and sustainability of interventions. Data collected informed evidence-based recommendations and future planning.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>4. Key Findings from the Assessments<\/b><\/h3><h4><b>a) May 2025 Assessment (Baseline Findings)<\/b><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The majority of families live below the poverty line, with <\/span><b>limited access to healthcare, education, and steady income<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Most families <\/span><b>cannot afford essential medicines<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, costing approximately <\/span><b>250,000 UGX (\u2248 725 SEK \/ 62 EUR)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per month per child.
