Barn Och Kvinnor Organisation is a non-profit organisation fully registered in Sweden with organisation number 802511-3658 and also registered in Uganda as a Company Limited by Guarantee with registration number 80020003906032. Our vision is to work on initiatives and programs based on the principles of \u201c no poverty, zero hunger, quality education, sustainable communities..” The organisation comprises a board, members, volunteers, and other dedicated individuals who, together with local organisations worldwide, strive to reach orphans, the youth, widows and vulnerable women.<\/p>\n

The board consists of five founders & co-founders. Everyone on the board works voluntarily for Barn Och Kvinnor Organisation. Throughout the year, the board has held meetings and carried out tasks in smaller working groups.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Chairperson<\/b>: Daphine Leeser, LL.M,<\/b> a child & women’s rights legal professional &<\/p>\n

Advocate with focus on developing the organisation’s activities and reaching more<\/p>\n

vulnerable children and women including the youth in collaboration with various<\/p>\n

partners.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Board Member<\/b>: Juliet Hansson<\/b>, Co-founder and Project advisor, \u2019<\/p>\n

\u2022 Board Member<\/b>: Susanna Makumbi Brandsen <\/b>Co-founder and project advisor,<\/p>\n

\u2022 Board Member<\/b>: Jane Kakande<\/b>, Co-founder and Qualified social worker and Project advisor.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Board Member:<\/b> Flavia Kakaire<\/b>; Qualified lawyer, Co-founder & project advisor<\/p>\n

provides legal expertise in this field and assists with coordination and execution of<\/p>\n

projects in Uganda.<\/p>\n
