They desire the same things we all want: to love, to be loved, to be accepted, appreciated, and included.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the rural communities of Kakunyu and Bakka in Wakiso District, Uganda, children with special needs face unique challenges that require dedicated support and resources. Barnochkvinnor has launched a project to provide essential care, resources, and advocacy for children with special needs, supporting these vulnerable children and their families.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our mission is to ensure that every child with special needs in our communities receives the dignity, care, and opportunities they deserve, regardless of their physical or
