The purpose of this document is to underscore the importance of transparency and accountability\u00a0 and to facilitate the development and implementation of measures by Barn och Kvinnor\u00a0 Organisation\u2019s Board and Staff to ensure appropriate transparency and accountability.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Board Reporting<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. Compliance with Legal and Contractual Obligations<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    • Report annually to the members on the organization\u2019s activities and provide an opportunity for questions, in accordance with the constitution.<\/li>\n
    • Prepare financial reports as required by law.<\/li>\n
    • Prepare an annual report in line with fundraising license requirements.<\/li>\n
    • Report to government agencies as stipulated in grant and funding contracts.<\/li>\n
    • Report to the relevant Taxation Office departments as required for deductible gift recipient status.<\/li>\n
    • Report to donors according to the terms of any grants issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      1. Stakeholder Reporting<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
          \n
        • Annually, the Board will assess if additional stakeholder relationships could benefit from receiving a report on the organization\u2019s activities and performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              • Implement privacy and other policies governing access and use of documents, including board records, member and donor records, and minutes of general\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
